The Emotional Journey of Parenting

➺ Learn how you can begin to be the parent to yourself that you may never have had and how this is a game changer in terms of your own parenting.
➺ Learn tools to regulate yourself, develop resilience, help with self-compassion and help you develop into your own best parenting support and friend.
This course is for you if you:
- Have struggled in your parenting journey 
- Have trauma in your background 
- Have struggled to regulate yourself (manage your emotions) in motherhood 
- Are a perfectionist 
- Are a people pleaser 
- Struggle with control issues 
- Have experienced rage 
- Had alcoholic, abusive, narcissistic parent 
- Have read all the gentle, conscious, aware parenting books and know the theory and yet really struggle to implement the strategies or parent in a way that you are proud of 
- Had post-partum anxiety or depression Want more understanding about what may be going on for you, as the adult and parent, when you parent 
- Need to learn to regulate yourself a bit better and be more aware of your own emotional experience 
- Find it tricky to hold onto your own reality as a parent 
- Find it tricky to be the ‘Adult’ in the parenting relationship 
- Find it tricky to believe you are a good enough parent
